If you’ve purchased Bitcoin and want to transfer it to another wallet, or if you wish to transfer Bitcoin from your wallet to BtcTurk | Global but are unsure how to do so, you can follow the steps in this guide to complete your transactions easily and securely.

Depositing Bitcoin to BtcTurk | Global
To transfer Bitcoin from a hardware wallet, mobile wallet, or another platform to BtcTurk | Global, you first need to obtain your deposit address. After logging into BtcTurk | Global, you can access the Bitcoin Deposit page by clicking on the Deposit tab.
The Bitcoin address that appears is your deposit address where you can deposit Bitcoin into your BtcTurk | Global account. To send Bitcoin to this address, click the copy button next to the address line, then paste it into the Bitcoin address field of your wallet. (You should double-check that the copied address matches exactly with the address in the paste field.)
If you are sending Bitcoin from your mobile wallet on your smartphone, you can access your address’s QR code by pressing the QR Code button in the address field.
After completing your transfer in your wallet, you can track your transaction using the transaction receipt (TXID) on a Bitcoin block explorer. (For example, you can access the transaction receipt of the first transaction between Satoshi Nakamoto and the computer scientist Hal Finney here.) Once your transaction receives 2 confirmation on the blockchain, it will be added to your BtcTurk | Global account.
Withdrawing Bitcoin from BtcTurk | Global
After logging into your BtcTurk | Global account, you can access the Bitcoin Withdrawal page by clicking on the Withdraw tab. To define a Bitcoin withdrawal address, click on the “Add New Address” button (or the “+” symbol) in the “Withdraw Address” box.
In the pop-up window, after setting a label for your address (at least 3 characters long), paste your Bitcoin address into the “Address” field. (Warning: Be sure to check that the pasted address matches the copied address exactly!) Once you click the “Add” button, you will be prompted to enter a Two-Factor Authentication code. Enter the 6-digit code generated in your Authenticator app, and once you click “Add” your Bitcoin withdrawal address will be successfully added.
After defining your address, select the withdrawal address from the “Withdraw Address” list, and then enter the amount you wish to withdraw in the “Amount” field. Alternatively, you can click the + button inside the field or click on your Bitcoin balance displayed above the field to transfer your entire balance to the “Amount” field.
After verifying the Bitcoin address and amount in the confirmation email sent to your address, click the “Confirm Withdrawal Request” button, and your Bitcoin withdrawal request will be queued.
You can track the status of your Bitcoin transfer on the Withdraw > Bitcoin Withdrawal Requests page. Once your transaction is complete, click the icon in the “TxId” column to access the transaction details on the Bitcoin blockchain and monitor the status of your transfer on the blockchain.
